GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL SEASON 2This is the second season of girls flag football. Interest must have went up from last year because they are have JV teams, last year it was only Varsity. I covered a great game between Arbor View and Legacy. Some of the girls are coming off their soccer seasons....last year I noticed some left early to play softball. The teams have more girls this year so that may not be an issue this year. Like I said this was a good game that went all the way to the wire. And....winter showed up out there, it got a little cold. Anyway....enjoy a few pictures.
BACK TO SNYSAI was back out to cover a couple more SNYSA games. I did a tackle game and flag game for the Texans. This is the first flag game I have done in quite awhile. It was fun watching the little guys in this one. I then had to run over to Rancho High for another game. First game I have done over there....they did have a nice turf field. Pictures always look great on the turf.
MIDDLE SCHOOL LEAGUE - SNYSAThere are few different football leagues playing this time of year. I usually shoot at NYS but this past weekend got called out to shoot a couple games for the SNYSA. They play some good ball over in that league and I seen some good players. Both these game features the Jr. Gaels and Jr. Longhorns in different divisions. Might be interesting one day to see some of top teams from the different leagues play each other. These games were at Ed Fountain which is one of my favorite venues....something about the look of the pictures on the turf surface. Anyway.....enjoy a few shotz.
BIG DUCK DAY....FOOTBALL STYLEI covered four games today....all included one of the teams from the LV Ducks organization. they have some really good ballplayers over there. The LV Cowboys gave them a rough time all day though. The middle school team was especially dominant against the Broncos. The weather was great. Enjoy a few pictures.......
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS PART 3This was good night for some ball. I can tell its getting dark quicker....It was dark by halftime on this one. At Ed Fountain the lights are not great and there are some dark spots. I have been getting much better at these nights games, just have to constantly check and make sure all the exposures are looking good. Anyway....check out a few.
